Learn. Discover. Grow; Scaling Your Micro Business
I am just picking up my imagination from a story I got from grand mother of my closest friend. 86 old grany with very strong body stamina. When we visited her with my friend we met her coming from nearby shop to buy muscle relaxer ointment.
After pleasant greetings she went straight to explain to us where she is coming from. A shop of one of the retired teacher. How she always pass many shops to reach that one of her favourite man. She went ahead to narrate how this retired teacher had taught so many children from the village when he was active as public school teacher.
Community Work
Again indicated how this teacher never forgot how to work with community even after retiring. He is always seen advising young village school going children and instilling displine and motivation to love education.
The grany did not even give us some where to sit until she was sure that her story has sunk in us. That was her way of justifying why she went for shopping at a place far away regardless of having no much energy due to old age.
The shop keeper and former public school teacher had with all certainty won and conquered the spirit of this grany. Ohh yes, certainly sure.
Before any person is branded to be a customer, he or she is a human being first. With emotions and desire to be shown collaboration in their day today troubles and joy.
Micro Businesses and Community
Many micro businesses are set up in an environment with very organic community presence. However many fail the test of becoming part of the community. This do not demand any cash capital but just goodwill and spirit of commitment from the business owner.
Unlocking such a non competitive chance can be the only life line to raise your sales with multiple of Ten and thereby grow your business. Marketing your business through adavantage of community goodwill which is always priceless.
This also guarantees business sustainability across generations. I believe before the grany become older beyond ability to visit the shop of the retired teacher she will have passed word of goodwill to upcoming generation.
This shop will certainly grow beyond one generation. Pur effort and anchor your business to be part of the community. Participate in social engagement of the community. Your business will be known as onother independent person who is part of the community.
This turn is priceless. Its a great pillar. It draws layalty and sales more than any other thing.
