My friend is a meat trader. He has two butcheries strategically located in densely populated estates of capital Nairobi. He has been on to it for 17 years now. 

I remember his father back at our rural used to fatten a bull and later sell it to butchers after like two years for slaughter. I could really enjoy visiting them so that I could play with strong horns of their heavy bull and it could never look at you straight on the face. 

One day it turned dangerous when it broke the whole pen and ran astray. We screamed at top warning anyone who was outside to hide otherwise dangerous bull was on lose and could harm anyone.

It took effort of over 15 men to tame it back and restrain it. A pride chase in midst of looming danger.

After our O level education, my friend started keeping his bull alongside that of his father and could sell same to butchers. It continued but few years later he moved to the city. Struggled few years but later settled at starting selling retail meat based on his back ground experience.

He has been into it for last 17 years and now has a flourishing business that employs over Eight people. That is what he knows and want to do going into future.
