Three years ago, I finally hit clear flow of how I really want to achieve my ambitions of becoming an entrepreneur.

But I’m by no means the most ambitious person. I have made tons of mistakes.

And happy for the lessons I have carried through. I am not rich yet (Smile)

My Mission is; Share for Growth

My Goal is; Activate huge potential lying in entrepreneurship

One thing that has been constant is that I am passionate about 3 industries

• Food

• Transport

• Training

So in this newsletter I want we have some candid discussion about one take home from all these.

When it comes to sustaining business idea, there is huge volatility both mentally and due to external influences.

Externally, turbulence of all sort of elements including customer preferences, government tarrifs, new entrants, capacity gaps and so on….

All benchmark indices turns volatile without your control.

These remains what you should expect now and in the future of entrepreneurship

The human being desire to take charge and be in control have created huge imbalance on the journey of many business people  and at same time trying to get the balance back.

Some things are just like that – you can’t rush them

When I started my first company, the biggest dose that created huge mess was the big drive to get results now and here.

To just get money and more money

Rushing and strains of poor quality thought process.

Building brings you to starting point when you think you have already departed

The biggest winning assumption

When market stumbles, stay calm

It isn’t day for panic

Our parents’ generation saw it happening many times in 1990

Same again in 2000

So, adopt assumptions that we will be okay too.

Market falling, recovering, gaining, losing, that’s how it all works

Do you have the muscle to refrain…

3 mistakes to note

1. Desire to get rich quick

I’ve seen first hand a lot of people wanting to get rich fast. I saw for myself too

And they unnecessarily complicate it

Working hard and staying invested for long term as you let your one shilling compound should be the new nugget of your mind.

It looks only one shilling but will convert big

I feel compounding is the secret that is right in the face and many people miss it.

2. Overlooking that which doesn’t shine

Many people in bid to get quick rich from their small businesses ignore traditional verified areas that looks boring

They don’t trust small growth of their money through items like sacco savings, shares and rush to break record with things like unverified money markets

Out right greed

Forgetting power of steady returns over time

Try staying invested in market and not chasing hot stocks

3. Lack of believe in Midas Touch (Golden touch)

This is all about believe system

Many micro businesses are just faithless in their existence

Owners miss the opportunity of improving because they don’t create the believe system of turning things to be best

The believe that resources will follow aspirations is always non existence

They take in any road side announcement as their definition of what will happen. Including- Government has said so and so, others regarding politicians are doing this or that and so on

When you build up right believe support system-you get courage.

Relationship with money will be redefined – That is getting freedom from money without defining your daily feeling

Sometimes you just need to slow down abit and your faith will anchor you.

So, how do you regain compounding from small effort applied consistently and in harmony

4 blocks to building compounding system

1. Create system for recurring activities

You ignore energy that goes into thinking. It takes mental energy to figure out what to do.

Therefore anything that you do so often same way, think how to create system of executing it without your energy

Many micro business makers gets obsessed with over busyness

That is pride in no value add. They hugely ignore their core role of thinking and quality one for that matter

2. Avoid pride of multitasking

Deep work is where the ground shift

Concentrating on one task for few hours create evolution

Lack of distraction creates rhythm and flow that is very powerful in results generation

If you are setting clients follow up – make it matter by concentrating on that one thing

3. Optimize your health

To optimize results of your small business, ensure you as the engine you are functioning optimally

Eating clean

Practicing clear thinking

Physical exercise for body strength

Rest and sleep well

Garbage in, garbage out

4. You don’t need perfection

Create system that guarantee small touch consistently. Your perfection will not overcome and it should not worry you

Consistently build awareness of right stuff and pick to it and focus long term of years and not just months

Commit into long game of building

There you go

Starting to see results of compound results that you don’t even feel like there is any effort that was put.
