Last week i met a key consultant for large scale farming in Western countries. One of the biggest shocker was confirmation that in deed there are farmers doing over 50,000 acres of potatoes.

That threw me back to when I was growing up. If we could get good season and our father’s small land produces 3 sacks of potatoes, the next thing was pain of how to store it for few months. Actually 20% ended up rotten.

These farmers doing large scale of such a risky farming, they have all these variables taken care of and cleared for more growth.

The biggest trend in the arena of micro business makers is ability to copy and replicate what someone else is doing. If you see some one else selling clothline, getting grocers from farmers, growing melon and somehow you feel they are doing something good financially, the next thing you jump into it.
